Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 2026

Service Pages Pro (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us through our sample request form:

Your name, phone number, and email address

Your agency’s name and website

The name and website of one of your clients, and optionally their Google Business Profile link

The type of content you would like to see

Information collected automatically: browser type, IP address, device information, pages visited, time spent on the site, and the page that referred you.

Public information about your client: we use your client’s publicly available website and Google Business Profile information, such as services, service areas, and business details, to create the sample you request. We do not contact your client. By submitting a client’s details, you confirm you are authorized to request content for that business.

Recordings: if you speak with us by phone or video, we may record the conversation with your consent, which we ask for at the start of the call. We use recordings to keep accurate notes of our conversation.

2. How we use your information

To create and deliver the sample content you request

To contact you about your request, including by email or phone

To respond to your questions and discuss working together

To understand how this website is used and improve it

To prevent fraud and misuse and to comply with legal obligations

We use client information only to create the sample you asked for. We only email or call you about your request and our content services, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share it:

With Go High Level, the platform we use to host this website and manage form submissions

With email and communication tools we use to respond to you

If required by law or to protect our legal rights

In a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

With your consent

4. How long we keep it

We keep your request information and any call or meeting recordings for up to one (1) year after our last communication with you, unless we are working together. You can ask us to delete it sooner by emailing [email protected].

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your information, or to opt out of communications from us. To make a request, email [email protected].

7. Cookies

This website may use cookies and similar technologies, including those provided by our hosting platform, to keep the site working and understand traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work properly.
